摘要
分别采用ASTM D737—2004、ISO 9237—1995和GB/T 5453—1997标准对不同织物的透气性进行测试,研究测试方法、织物材料、测试压强、测试面积和涂层整理对织物透气性的影响。结果表明,采用ASTM D737—2004和GB/T 5453—1997测试的结果呈现较高的相关性;麻、羊毛等天然纤维的透气性好于锦纶、涤纶等合成纤维;涂层整理会明显降低织物的透气性。
Testing of air permeability for different textiles by ASTM D737-2004, ISO 9237-1995 and GB/ T 5453-1997 is carried out. Effects of test method, textile material, the parameters of pressure, area, coating on air permeability of textiles are discussed. Results show that there is a high correlation between testing results of ASTM D73-2004 and GB/T 5453-1997. Air permeability of natural fiber fabrics and protein fiber fabrics is better than that of synthetic fabrics. Coating finish will worsen the air permeability of textiles.
