摘要
介绍了一种采用仿真模型中的权函数来计算转子等厚壁部件的热应力的方法。采用该计算方法 ,可以在保证应力计算精度接近二维算法的前提下 ,大大提高应力计算的速度。同时该方法解决了不同时间段的运行过程对热应力峰值影响的叠加问题 ,并使得手动计算热应力更为简单易行。
A new way to calculate the turbine rotor's thermal stress using weighting function method is discussed in this paper. Compare to 2 dimensional calculating method, the calculating speed of new method is very quick and the accuracy is almost the same. This method can calculate the stress that caused by temperature change in different time slice separately, then add them together to get the total stress. Using this method, manually calculate the stress is also possible.
