摘要
精确地计算、调整汽轮发电机组轴系的轴承标高 ,是保证机组稳定、安全运行的重要措施。因为标高决定了各轴承的载荷分布 ,从而直接影响转子轴承油膜的稳定性。在静态标高计算的基础上编制了动态标高的计算程序 ,所编制的程序可计算包括固定瓦、可倾瓦轴承在内的机组各种轴承的油膜厚度和特征参数 ,并可把轴承特性、动态标高及载荷分布结合在一起迭代计算 ,用该程序计算了 6 0 0MW汽轮发电机组轴系的动态标高及动态载荷分布 ,得出了动态计算比静态计算提高精度的百分比 ,为该类机组的设计和安全运行提供理论参考。
It is the important step to ensure the steadily and safely running of the turbine generator set by calculating and adjusting the bearings load. Because the loading distribution of each bearing are decided by the height mark, which will affect the stability of the bearing. In this paper, the method and program of calculating the dynamic height mark is worked out base on the static hight mark, the thickness and other parameters of the bearing, the dynamic height mark and the load distributions can be calculated by this program. The results of calculating 600MW turbo set show that the precision of dynamic height mark is better than static height mark. The analysis result of this paper provides the theoretical reference for designing and safely operating of this system.
