摘要
以α-萘胺为显色剂,采用可见分光光度法,测定贺州市八步区几种腌菜中亚硝酸盐的含量。该方法的线性方程为A=1.4307C+0.0037,相关系数R^2=0.9998,检测限为1.5μg/L,亚硝酸盐回收率为94.78%~99.53%。结果显示:该方法线性较好,操作简便,精密度高,5个样品中亚硝酸盐的含量均没有超标。
The content of nitrite in pickles from Babu District of Hezhou City is determined by visible spectrophotometry with α-naphthylamine as chromogenic agent. The linear equation is A= 1. 4307C+ 0. 0037, the correlation coefficient R2=-0. 9998, the detection limit is 1.5 μg/L, the recovery rate of nitrite is 94.78%-99.53%. The results show that the method exhibits good linearity, easy operation and high precision. The content of nitrite in five samples doesn't exceed the standard.
