摘要
民以食为天,食以味为先,调味品在人们的日常生活中必不可缺,必会出现在人们的一日三餐中。调味料酒作为一种重要的调味品同样也发挥着非常重要的作用。基于此来分析探究当前阶段HACCP在调味料酒生产中的应用。一方面根据实际的生产工艺流程对各个工序进行问题分析,确定控制关键点;另一方面制定相应的HACCP计划表,保证调味料酒在生产过程中的质量符合特定的标准。
People regard food as their primary want, and taste is the most important thing for food. The flavoring is essential in our daily life. It will be an important part for our three meals every day, so does the cooking wine. In this paper, make a research on how the HACCAP is used in the production of cooking wine. According to the actual production process, the problem analysis is conducted to confirm the key control part. The corresponding HACCP plan is also formulated to ensure the quality of cooking wine in a specific standard.
