Roman Jakobson and the Transition of German Thought to the Structuralist Paradigm Written

Dividing the present genealogical studies of structuralism into the French Mod- el, the East-West Model, and the Jakobsonian Model, the article proposes that the occur- rence of structuralist paradigm has deep roots in 19th German thought on the basis of the Jakobsonian Model.
