Structural Analysis and Evaluation of the Evaluation Index of the World-class Universities Enlightenment to the Construction of Double-class Universities

世界一流大学建设已成为当前高教界热议的中心议题。何谓世界一流大学?世界一流大学有哪些评价指标体系?这些指标体系之间存在怎样的内在逻辑关系?本文以目前国际上最具影响力的四个一流大学评价机构采用的考核指标为依据;梳理出主要考核指标(因素),通过利用解释结构模型(ISM)对29个一流大学评价指标进行解构分析,得到了6层递阶模型,通过分析这一模型,得出了世界一流大学评价指标多级递阶层级结构模型;进而分析得到世界一流大学评价指标内在逻辑关系,最后依据该结构图对我国双一流大学建设提出建议。

The construction of world-class universities has become a hot topic in the current higher education circles.What is a world-class university？What are the evaluation index system of the world-class universities？What is the internal logical relationship between these index systems？To adopt the most influential four first-class university evaluation mechanism of evaluation index as the basis;tease out the main evaluation indicators（factors）,through by using interpretative structural modeling（ISM）on 29 first-class university evaluation index of deconstruction analysis,6 layer hierarchical model,through the analysis of the model,it is concluded that the world first-class university evaluation index hierarchical hierarchical structure model;get the world first-class university evaluation index inherent logic relationship further analysis.Finally,on the basis of the structure figure put forward suggestions on the construction of China＇s two leading universities.
