摘要
铋系(BSCCO)高温超导带材、钇钡铜氧(YBCO)涂层导体、二硼化镁(Mg B2)线带材以及铁基超导线带材是最具实用价值的高温超导材料。综述了上述超导材料的性能特点、制备工艺和应用进展,并对相关领域存在的问题及今后的发展方向进行了展望。
The high temperature superconducting materials, such as Bismuth-strontium-calcium copper oxide high-temperature superconducting tapes, yttrium barium copper oxide coated conductors, MgB: wires and Fe-based tapes have the most practical value. The performance characteristics, preparation technology and application progress of these superconducting materials above were reviewed, and the problems existing in the related fields and the developmemt prospects in the future were looked forward.
