摘要
通过Gleeble-3800热模拟机对高氮节镍型奥氏体钢进行热压缩试验。研究了该钢种的高温变形与应变速率以及温度的关系。并通过数学模型建立了本构方程和参数Z的表达式,应用数学方法计算出变形表观激活能,为823.31 k J/mol。
By using Gleeble-3800 thermo-mechanical simulation machine, the hot compression test of low-nickel highnitrogen anstenitic stainless steel was carried out. The relationship between hot temperature deformation, strain rate and temperature was researched. The constitutive equation and the expression of the parameter Z were established by mathematical model. The deformation apparent activation energy was calculated by mathematics method, which was 823.31 kJ/mol.
