摘要
双金属复合翅片管是国内外广泛使用的一种新型换热元件。为了对U型双金属复合翅片换热管的流体诱导振动破坏进行预测和控制,需要对其振动模态进行准确分析。采用锤击法和有限元法对U型钢-铝双金属复合翅片管的面内、面外振动模态进行了实验测试和数值模拟,并分析了U型管圆弧弯管半径R对其固有频率的影响特性。在自由支撑条件下,U型钢-铝双金属复合翅片管固有频率的有限元分析值与实测值相比,前18阶频率的最大误差为7.3%。在固支-简支条件下,U型钢-铝双金属翅片管的各阶固有频率均随着圆弧弯管半径R的增大而减小。
U-bimetallic finned tube is a new widely used heat exchange component.In order to predict and control the flowinduced vibration damage of U-bimetallic finned heat exchange tubes,their natural frequencies must be calculated accurately.Inplane and out-of-plane vibration modal of U-bimetallic finned tubes were investigated by means of the hammering method and finite element method.The influence of arc bending radius R of U-bimetallic finned tubes on their natural frequencies was analyzed.The finite element simulation results of natural frequencies of U-bimetallic finned tubes were compared with the measured values for free-free boundary condition,the maximum error of the first 18 order frequencies is 7.3%.The natural frequencies of U-bimetallic finned tubes decrease with increasing the arc radius R for clamped-hinged case.
