摘要 通过扫描电镜观察、能谱分析和力学性能检测,研究了La-Ce对304不锈钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着La-Ce的添加,晶粒明显细化,材料的力学性能均比未添加的试样明显提高。La-Ce含量为0.145%时,材料的抗拉强度、伸长率和断面收缩率分别达到1111.19 MPa、42.31%和62.06%,分别比未添加试样提高了16.41%、31.72%、49.61%。 The effects of La-Ce on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 304 stainless steels were studied by SEM observation, EDS analysis and mechanical performance testing. The results show that when La-Ce is added, the grain size is refined markedly. The mechanical properties of the steels adding La-Ce increase obviously, compared with the steel without adding La-Ce. The tensile strength, elongation and percentage reduction of area of the alloy with 0. 145% La-Ce addition is 1111.19 MPa, 42.31% and 62.06%, respectively, which are increased by 16.41% , 31.72% and 49.61%, respectively, compared with those of the alloy without La-Ce addition.
