聚氨酯/石墨烯复合材料结晶行为和形状记忆行为的研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用石墨烯制备出形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU)/石墨烯复合材料,并采用等温结晶工艺在SMPU与石墨烯之间产生附生结晶,研究了石墨烯含量对结晶行为和形状记忆行为的影响。结果表明:28℃等温处理后,该复合材料的总结晶度随石墨烯含量的提高而增加,其形状固定率和回复率也随之逐渐增大,当石墨烯含量为1.5%时,其形状固定率和形状回复率较SMPU分别提高了17.9%和8.6%,性能最为优越。总结晶度相同时,SMPU/石墨烯复合材料的形状固定率和回复率随附生结晶现象的增强而提高,当石墨烯含量为1.5%时,该复合材料产生的附生结晶现象最为明显,形状固定率和回复率较SMPU分别提高了15.1%和7.3%。 The shape memory polyurethane (SMPU)/graphene composite were prepared by using graphene. The epitaxial crystallization was induced between SMPU and graphene by isothermal crystallization process. The effects of graphene content on the crystallization behavior and shape memory behavior were investigated. The results show that after isothermal treatment at 28 ℃, the total crystallinity of the composite increases with the increase of graphene content and the shape fixed rate and recovery rate of the composite increase gradually. When the graphene content is 1.5%, the shape fixed rate and recovery rate of the composite increases by 17.9% and 8.6%, respectively compared with SMPU and then, the performance is the most superior. The shape fixed rate and recovery rate of the composite improve with the enhancing of the epitaxial crystallization phenomenon at the same total crystallinity. The epitaxial crystallization phenomenon of the composite is the most obvious when the graphene content is 1.5%. The shape fixed rate and recovery rate of the composite is 15.1% and 7.3%, respectively compared with SMPU.
