掘进机回转台动态可靠性与疲劳寿命分析 被引量:18

摘要 作为掘进机关键零件的回转台,其性能对掘进机的工作效率及动态可靠性有重大影响。以刚柔耦合多体系统动力学理论为基础,建立以回转台为模态中性文件的掘进机刚柔耦合虚拟样机模型;结合实际工况,基于项目组开发的"掘进机载荷计算程序"计算获得了截割头的载荷文件,通过Adams仿真得到了回转台的应力与应变云图;基于Adams的仿真结果,利用NSOFT软件和可靠性理论对回转台进行疲劳寿命可靠性分析,对疲劳寿命可靠度较低的10个区域进行优化,使回转台等效应力降低了35.027%,关注区域均达到可靠工作条件,满足使用要求。 As key component of the roadheader,gyration platform has a significant impact on the performance of the work efficiency and dynamic reliability of the oadheader,Based on the coupled multi-body system dynamics theory,roadheader's flexible virtual prototype coupling model of gyration platformwas established;combined with the actual working condition,cutting head's load files were obtained based on the "roadheader design system software",equivalent stress and strain contours of the gyration platform were obtained by ADAMS;gyration platform's fatigue life analysis was researched by NSOFT and reliability theory,and then to do optimize design in 10 areas of the low fatigue life reliability,after the optimize,gyration platform 's maximum equivalent stress was reduced by 35.027%,Concept areas achieves reliable working conditions,which meet the design requirements.
