摘要
针对某型飞机前缘缝翼齿轮传动机构,在S-N曲线和线性累积损伤理论的基础上,推导出齿轮接触的可靠性疲劳寿命计算公式;为了从整体上把握基本随机变量对寿命分析中响应功能函数分布的影响程度,进行了各个变量全局灵敏度的计算,为齿轮的优化设计和可靠性设计提供了有效的理论指导。
For the gear transmission mechanism of a slat,based on S-N curve and linear cumulative damage theory,the reliability fatigue life caculation formula of gear contact can be obtained.In order to realize the global influence of the basic random variables on the distribution of the response performance function completely,the global sensitivities are proposed,which can provide effective theoretical guidance for optimazation and reliability design of gear.
