掺锂渣再生粗骨料混凝土梁变形性能试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为分析掺锂渣再生粗骨料混凝土梁的变形性能,设计并制作了9根不同锂渣掺量及不同再生粗骨料取代率的试验梁,对其抗弯变形性能进行分析。结果表明:掺锂渣再生粗骨料混凝土梁受弯过程大致满足平截面假定。锂渣和再生粗骨料都可以提高梁试件的正常使用极限荷载,且锂渣对其影响更明显。梁试件跨中挠度随锂渣掺量的增加而减小,随再生粗骨料取代率的增加而先减小后增大。现行规范中关于正常使用极限荷载和挠度验算的相关规定和公式适用于掺锂渣再生粗骨料混凝土受弯梁,且计算偏于安全。 For the research on deformation property of doped lithium slag recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams.Designed and made 9 test beams with different amount of lithium slag mix and different aggregate replacement ratio,analysis it bending deformation property.The results show that doped lithium slag recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams bending process basic accord with plane section assumption.Lithium slag and recycled coarse aggregate can improve the normal use of limit load of beams specimens,and the influence of lithium slag is more obvious.The test beams midspan deflection decreases with the dosage of lithium slag increase.The test beams midspan deflection along with the recycled coarse aggregate replace the rate increase decreased first and then increased.The present normal use limit load and deflection of the relevant provisions and formula in code are suitable for the doped lithium slag recycled coarse aggregate concrete bending beams,and be safe.
