摘要
研究基于骨料紧密堆积理论和砂合理级配的规定,调整金尾矿砂、石英砂和普通砂比例,获得了较佳级配的混合砂。设计了不同比例混合砂和砂胶比的配合比,研究了混合砂的比例及胶砂比对活性粉末混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,级配合理的混合砂不仅可以获得较佳的流动性,且制备的胶砂试块抗压强度大于180 MPa,抗折强度大于30 MPa;改变砂胶比可以有效的提高流动性,砂胶比增大,流动性下降,当砂胶比为1.45时,制备的胶砂试块的抗压强度大于185 MPa,抗折强度大于35 MPa,超过国家标准RPC180的要求。
Based on the theory of close packing of aggregate and the reasonable gradation of sand,the proportion of gold tailings,quartz sand and common sand was adjusted,and the better graded sand was obtained.The mix proportion of mixed sand and sand to binder ratio was designed,and the effect of the proportion of mixed sand and sand to binder ratio on the performance of reactive powder concrete was studied.The results show that the reasonable mixing sand can not only obtain better fluidity,but also the compressive strength of the prepared sand block is greater than 180 MPa,and the flexural strength is greater than 30 MPa;The change of sand to binder ratio can effectively improve the liquidity.The ratio of binder to sand increases,and the liquidity decreases,when the ratio of binder to sand is 1.45,the preparation of the mortar compressive strength is more than 185 MPa,and the flexural strength is greater than 35 MPa,exceeding the national standard RPC180.
