摘要
玻化微珠保温砂浆是应用于外墙内外保温的一种新型无机保温砂浆材料,优点显著,具有质轻、保温、隔热好等显著特点。为探究其耐腐蚀性能的优劣,通过氯盐和硝酸侵蚀保温砂浆试块的试验,揭示其基本性能随着侵蚀介质及侵蚀时间变化的变化规律,进而将所得参数输入ANSYS有限元分析软件,对墙体外部涂抹保温砂浆的房屋结构在同时考虑夏季空气对流和太阳辐射的情况下进行热-应力耦合分析,探究侵蚀条件下涂抹玻化微珠保温砂浆的房屋各结构层温度场的变化和对内部混凝土温度应力的影响。
glazed hollow bead insulation mortar(GHBIM)is a new type of inorganic thermal insulation mortar material used in inside and outsidethe surface of walls.It has many significant advantages,including light weight,well thermal insulation,etc.To explore the corrosion resistant performance,the chloride and nitrate corrosion test is set to reveal its basic performance changes as erosion substances and time changes.After that,input these parameters above to finite element analysis software(ANSYS).By doing so,the housing structure with GHBIM outside can be analyzed in temperatureand stresses under the condition of thermal convection of air and solar radiation in summer.It helps to explore how theerosion conditions on GHBIM affects temperature field of different housing structure layers and stresses ofconcrete layer.
