摘要
为研制满足新节能标准要求的无机保温砂浆,采用玻化微珠配合发泡技术制备无机泡沫保温砂浆。研究了发泡剂稀释倍数、制备方式及泡沫掺量对保温砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,发泡剂稀释40倍左右时,保温砂浆性能最佳;制备方式对保温砂浆保温性能影响较大,应尽量缩短加入泡沫之前的搅拌时间;随着泡沫掺量的增加,砂浆保温性能显著提高。研究制备的玻化微珠泡沫保温砂浆导热系数最低可达0.049 W/(m·K)。
Foamed vitrified microsphere thermal insulation mortar was prepared adopting foaming technology to meet the requirements of the new energy saving standard.The effect of dilution multiple,preparation method and foam dosage on foam inorganic thermal insulation mortar were investigated in this paper.The results showed that the suitable dilution multiple of foaming agent was 40;the preparation method had a remarkable influence on the performance of thermal insulation mortar,and the mixing time that before foam added in should be shortened;the performance of thermal insulation mortar was significantly increased with the increase of foam dosage.Foamed inorganic thermal insulation mortar with the heat conductivity 0.049 W/(m·K)was prepared successfully.
