混凝土/聚氨酯泡沫铝板复合夹层结构抗冲击性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 为研究聚氨酯泡沫铝板作为混凝土吸能层时对冲击破坏的保护效果,利用落锤冲击试验机对复合夹层结构进行冲击试验。试验结果表明,在相同冲击荷载作用下,当吸能层厚度成倍增加时,顶层混凝土板破坏程度无明显减弱,底层混凝土板受保护效果显著,其中最大峰值荷载相对持平,零点持续时间和回弹位移都随之增加。当吸能层总厚度不变,由单夹层结构变为双夹层结构时,顶层混凝土板破坏程度减弱,底层混凝土板变化不大,最大荷载力值减少43%,压缩深度减少一半,锤头剩余能量明显增多。 In order to study the protection of polyurethane foam aluminum board as concrete energy absorption layer taking the experiment to composite sandwich structure by the drop hammer impact testing machine.The experimental results show that as the thickness of energy absorption layer multiplied the damage top concrete board has not significantly reduction,bottom concrete board has a great protection.The maximum load are the same range,and time of zero load sustained and rebound displacementare both increasing.When the thickness of energy absorption layerfrom single layer become to double layers,the damage of top concrete board are declined and bottom concrete board has not significant change.The maximum loaddecreases 43%,compression depthdecreases a half and remain energy in hammer has a significant increasing.
