摘要 为了对沙漠砂混凝土高温后力学性能进行研究,考虑6个温度等级,采用自然冷却和浇水冷却两种方式,设计水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、砂率和沙漠砂替代率四因素三水平正交试验,进行沙漠砂混凝土高温试验,分析各因素对沙漠砂混凝土高温后抗压强度影响。通过对试验结果进行分析,确定沙漠砂混凝土最优配合比为水胶比0.39,粉煤灰掺量10%,砂率40%,沙漠砂替代率10%。 To study on the mechanical hebaviors of desert sand concrete after elevated temperature,the orthogonal test with four factors and three levels was designed.Taking into account of six temperatures,the high temperature experiments of desert sand concrete with water-binder ratio,fly ash dosage,sand ratio,desert sand replacement ratio were carried out by means of natural cooling and water cooling.The influences of various factors on the compressive strength of desert sand concrete were analyzed.Based on the analysis of experimental results,the optimal mix-ratio of desert sand concrete was given out with water-binder ratio 0.39,fly ash dosage 10%,sand ratio 40% and desert sand replacement ratio 10%.
