摘要
随着煤矿开采深度不断增加巷道内温度较高无法进行正常采矿作业,空调作为一种制冷设备不仅效果不佳且成本较高。掺加一定比例陶粒、玻化微珠和粉煤灰配制出的混凝土作为巷道喷层,采用正交试验得出混凝土性能试验结果,通过直观对比分析法、极差分析法、层次分析法、因素指标分析法、功效系数分析法深入分析了陶粒、玻化微珠和粉煤灰对于混凝隔热性能土和强度影响。试验结果表明:陶粒取代石子用量在20%~40%,玻化微珠占混凝土体积在60%~100%,粉煤灰取代水泥用量在10%~20%,此时导热系数和28 d强度可以达到最佳。进一步证明了这种新型混凝土在满足巷道喷层强度要求情况下隔热效果也十分理想,对于巷道热害的治理具有较为广泛的应用前景。
Roadway in higher temperature environment can not operate normal mining with the increasing depth of coal mining,air-conditioning which is one of refrigeration equipmentdo not have a good effect to solve it and have a high cost.Concrete added a certain proportion of creamsite,glazed hollow bead and fly ash is confected as roadway shotcrete layer,conducting a concrete performance test results by orthogonal test method,by means of visual contrast analysis method,range analysis method,analytic hierarchy process,index analysis method and efficacy coefficient analysis method deeply analyse creamsite,glazed hollow bead and fly ash have an effect on heat insulation performance and strength in concrete.The test results show that the dosage of ceramsite replace stone in 20%~40%,glazed hollow bead occupying volume of concrete in 60%~100% and the dosage of fly ash replacing cement was 10%~20%,coefficient of thermal conductivity and 28 d strength of concrete can reach the best.It further proves that this new type of concrete not only satisfies the requirement of roadway strength of spraying layer,but also heat insulation effect is very ideal,roadway thermal pollution governance has a wider application prospect.
