摘要
声波、超声波检测存在检测设备简单、穿透能力强、便于操作以及检测成本低等优势,所以当前被广泛应用于工程中,特别是在混凝土大坝、灌注桩以及桥墩等混凝土质量检测中得到广泛应用。声波、超声波成像技术用于混凝土无损检测中使其检测精度得到很大提升,而且也在进一步研究其方向。早在20世纪中期,我国就已经开始研究该技术,并且在工程检测中加以应用。到目前为止,混凝土超声检测已经在水电、建筑、铁道以及交通等工程中得到广泛应用。本研究主要分析与探讨基于超声波法的混凝土内部缺陷检测。
It is widely used in engineering,especially in the concrete quality inspection of concrete dams,cast-in-place piles and bridge piers.It is widely used in concrete quality inspection such as concrete dams,cast-in-place piles and bridge piers,etc.,and has the advantages of simple detection equipment,strong penetrating power,easy operation and low cost.application.Ultrasonic and ultrasonic imaging technology is applied to the non-destructive testing of concrete to improve its detection accuracy,but also to further study its direction.As early as the mid-20 th century,China has begun to study the technology,and to be applied in the detection of the project.So far,concrete ultrasonic testing has been in hydropower,construction,railway and transportation projects have been widely used.In this study,the internal defects detection of concrete based on ultrasonic method is analyzed and discussed.
