纤维石膏填充墙–钢筋混凝土框架抗震性能试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 纤维石膏复合材料具有诸多良好的物理力学性能,但将其作为填充墙材料的研究却较少。为研究纤维石膏填充墙–钢筋混凝土框架的抗震性能和填充墙的连接构造措施对钢筋混凝土框架抗震性能的影响,采用1∶2的缩尺比例设计了4榀单层单跨的钢筋混凝土框架,其中,1榀空框架,1榀刚性连接的页岩砖填充墙框架,2榀纤维石膏填充墙框架,并且纤维石膏填充墙与框架的连接方式分别采用刚性连接和柔性连接。通过对4榀试件的低周反复荷载作用下的抗震性能进行试验,分析了各试件的破坏特征、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化、承载能力、变形能力和耗能能力。结果表明:填充墙的存在能提高框架的承载力和耗能能力,与传统页岩砖钢筋混凝土填充墙框架相比,纤维石膏填充墙的框架具有更好的变形能力与耗能能力,而且柔性连接的纤维石膏填充墙框架比刚性连接的纤维石膏填充墙框架具有更好的抗震性能。因此,与传统的砌体填充墙相比,纤维石膏填充墙在实际的工程中具有更好的实用价值与应用前景。 Fiber gypsum composite material has good physical and mechanical properties,but the study of using it as infilled wall materials is less.To study the seismic behavior of fiber gypsum infilled wall RC frame and the effects of constructional details of infilling wall have on the RC seismic behavior,four one-bay and one-story specimens,including one bare frame without infilling walls,one shale brick infilling wall with rigid connection to RC frame,two fiber gypsum infilling walls,where one fiber gypsum wall was with flexible connections and another with rigid connection,were designed with half-scale and tested under low-cycle reversed loads.The damage behavior,hysteresis curves,skeleton curves,stiffness degradation,bearing capacity,deformation capacity and energy-dissipation capacity of the specimens were analyzed.The results showed that the infilling wall could improve the bearing capacity and energy-dissipation capacity of the frame structure.Compared with traditional RC frame with shale brick infilling wall,the RC frames with fiber gypsum infilled wall has a better bearing capacity and deformation capacity.The fiber gypsum infilling wall RC frame with flexible connections has a better seismic behavior to the fiber gypsum infilling wall RC frame with rigid connections.Therefore,compared with the traditional masonry infilled wall,fiber gypsum infilled wall has a better practical value and application prospect in the actual engineering.
