摘要
当前,事业单位分类改革的大形势下,近六成地勘单位都选择划为公益二类事业单位。本文对公益二类地勘单位发展现状进行了简要介绍,从地质工作能力、社会服务能力、人才队伍能力、资产与技术装备能力、经营管理能力、领导班子能力等六个方面出发,构建了公益二类地勘单位发展能力评价指标体系,运用层次分析法测算各级指标权重及排序。该指标体系反映了我国公益二类地勘单位的发展能力水平,为地勘单位改革发展指出了方向,为地勘行业管理部门及地勘单位决策提供参考。
At present, under the situation of the reform of public institutions, nearly 60% geological exploration units have been selected as public welfare B class institutions. This paper gives a brief introduction of the current situation of the development of public welfare B class geological exploration units,starting from the six aspects of geological work ability and social service ability, personnel ability, assets and technology equipment ability, management ability, leadership ability, constructs the evaluation index system of the development ability of public welfare B class geological exploration units, using AHP to establish the weight and the order of the indexes of the. The index system reflects the level of the development ability of the public welfare B class geological exploration units in China, and provides the direction for the reform and development of geological prospecting units, and provide reference for the management of geological exploration industry and geological exploration units.
