本文是在进行预处理-堆浸-萃取室内小试的基础上又进行了吨级的室内扩大试验,主要对小试相关相关参数进行验证和确定,室内扩大试验对小试中难以测定的相关重要参数进行确定,同时还介绍了预处理工艺和设备,堆浸工艺和设备,萃取工艺和设备,对最终产品V_2O_5进行了检验,产品达到国家冶金级99产品要求,最后对废水进行了处理及检验,废水达到了国家排放标准。
