摘要 大量研究表明,生物体在暴露于有毒化学物质、致癌物质和重金属后,长链非编码RNA(lnc RNA)会发生异常表达。本文主要从lnc RNA与微RNA(mi RNA)的关系、不同有毒外源化学物质暴露后生物体特异lnc RNA表达差异及相关毒理学机制等方面进行综述,旨在为环境毒理学中应用lnc RNA进行生物监测提供参考。 A large number of studies have shown that long non-coding RNAs(lnc RNAs) display abnormallity in organisms exposed to toxic chemicals, carcinogens and heavy metals. In this paper, the relationships between lnc RNAs and micro RNAs(mi RNAs), the expressions of lnc RNAs in organisms exposed to different exogenous toxic chemicals and the related toxicological mechanism are reviewed in order to provide reference for biological monitoring with lnc RNAs in environmental toxicology.
