Design of Injection Mold for Toilet Tank Cover

摘要 以马桶水箱盖为例,分析了塑件的结构特征,运用Moldflow软件对模具浇注系统进行了优化分析,运用UG软件进行了模具结构设计,介绍了模具结构特点和模具工作过程。该模具为一模一腔,采用斜顶杆侧抽芯机构成型水箱盖内侧四个卡扣,型芯冷却采用隔板式冷却回路。最终设计的马桶水箱盖注塑模具结构合理、动作可靠。 Taking the toilet tank cover as an example, the structure characteristics of the plastic were analyzed, the mold structure was optimized by using Moldflow software and the mold was designed by UG software. The structure characteristics and working process of the mold were introduced. The layout of a mold with one cavity was applied in the mold. Slanting ejecting rod side core-pulling mechanism was designed to mold the buckles of the plastic part. The core cooling system made up of channel and baffle was adopted. The toilet tank cover injection mold was designed with the properties of rational structure and reliable action.
