基于Moldflow的柜式空调器顶盖注塑模设计 被引量:2

摘要 以某柜式空调器顶盖塑件为例,分析了塑件的成型工艺,采用Moldflow软件对塑件成型过程进行模拟分析,得到了一套合理实用的流道系统方案,介绍了产品的分模及模具结构排位设计,阐述了模具的结构特点及工作过程。实际生产表明,该模具采用大角度斜顶抽芯结构与弹簧顶出复位系统,能使顶盖模具使用寿命和动作稳定性大大提高,缩短了模具制造周期,降低了模具制造成本,具有较好的参考价值。 Taking a plastic roof of a cabinet air conditioner as an example, the forming process of the plastic parts was analyzed. Moldflow software was used to simulate the forming process of plastic parts, and a reasonable and practical runner system scheme was obtained. The structural features and working process of the die were expounded. The actual production shows that the die adopts a large angle inclined core pulling structure and a spring ejection reset system, which can greatly improve the service life and the operation stability of the top cover die. It shortens the manufacturing cycle of mould and reduces the cost of mould manufacture, and has better reference value.
