合成了一种新型含锌化合物Zn_2(HL)(CH_3COO)_3·H_2O(简称ZnL),并研究了将其用于硬质聚氯乙烯(PVC)热稳定剂的有关性能。静态老化和脱氯化氢实验结果表明,在180℃下,ZnL在延缓PVC热老化方面具有较高的热稳定性。ZnL与PVC树脂质量比从0.3/50增加到1.5/50时,PVC样品的锌烧时间从60 min逐渐延长到170 min。其中具有代表性PVC样品(PVC树脂50 g、ZnL 1.5 g、柠檬酸三丁酯4.0 ml)的诱导时间和热稳定时间分别达到100和110 min,锌烧时间达到170 min。ZnL与季戊四醇(PER)复配时具有良好的协效作用,其中具有代表性PVC样品(PVC树脂50 g、ZnL 1.5 g、PER 0.5 g、柠檬酸三丁酯4.0 ml)的诱导时间和热稳定时间分别达到160和170 min,锌烧时间达到190 min。
A novel compound, Zn_2(HL)(CH_3COO)_3·H_2O(abbreviated as ZnL) was synthesized. Through discoloration and dehydrochlorination tests at 180℃, ZnL was found to possess thermal stabilizing effect of high efficiency for poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC): With the mass ratio of ZnL to PVC resin ranging from 0.3/50 to 1.5/50, the totally-turning-black time of PVC samples increased from 60 min to 170 min, among which, a typical PVC sample(PVC resin=50.00 g, ZnL=1.50 g, tributyl citrate=4.0 ml) displayed a significant long-term thermal stability with ti(induction time) of 100 min, ts(stability time) of 110 min, and totally-turning-black time of 170 min; another typical PVC sample(PVC resin=50.00 g, ZnL=1.50 g, pentaerythritol=0.50 g, tributyl citrate=4.0 ml) displayed a significant long-term thermal stability with t_i of 160 min, t_s of 170 min, and totally-turning-black time of 190 min.
