摘要
近年来研究发现,同源异型盒基因(homeoboxgene)不仅在造血干/祖细胞(HSC/PC)的调控中扮演重要角色,其表达水平与急性白血病(AL)的发生、发展及预后也有密切关系。目前研究者认为,同源异形盒基因既与早期造血干细胞的功能有关,又参与了后期造血细胞的分化与定向过程,其表达异常可导致AI。发生,但同源异形盒基因对AL的相关调控机制仍未被完全揭示。笔者现就目前同源异型盒基因与AL发生、发展关系的相关研究进行进行综述,以期为AL的诊断、基因治疗和预后评估寻找新的分子靶点。
In recent years, the study has found that homeobox gene plays a significance role not only in regulating and controlling hematopoietic stem cells/progenitor cells, and its expression level has a close relationship of the occurrence, development and prognosis of acute leukemia (AL). At present, the researchers believe that the homeobox gene is not only related to the function of early hematopoietic stem cells, but also participates in the differentiation and orientation of hematopoietic cells in late stage, and its abnormal expression can lead to AL. However its related regulatory mechanisms to AL has not been fully disclosed. The authors review the researches of the relationship between homeobox gene and AL,in order to finding new molecular targets for diagnosis, gene therapy and prognosis evaluation of AL.
