摘要
运用产业经济学和发展经济学理论 ,结合实证资料 ,研究环保产业发展动力体系的构成 ,认为环保产业发展动力体系由需求动力、制度动力、供给动力、技术动力、市场化动力五部分构成。在此基础上 ,论证了要促进环保产业的发展 ,应该重点解决的是将环保产业潜在的需求转化为现实的需求、加快环保产业市场化的步伐 ;切实为环保产业发展提供有效的制度动力等三个基本问题。
The components of developing dynamical system of environmental protection industry are studied by making use of the industrial economics and the developmental economics in the present paper. The results show that developing dynamical systems consist of five parts: the driving force of demand, supply, institution, technology and market. Based on the results mentioned above, we infer that three essential principal problems should be solved in order to develop environmental protection industry.
