摘要
通过微波消解法消解纺织面料,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定纺织面料中锗元素的含量,并对样品前处理方法进行了研究。从消解体系、酸用量、消解程序等方面对微波消解条件进行优化并进行了加标回收试验。试验结果表明,锗的方法检出限为0.02 ug/g,不同浓度的加标回收率在85%~115%。该方法具有快速、灵敏度高、准确性好的优点,可用于纺织品中锗元素含量的测定。
Textile fabric is digested with microwave digestion method, the germanium in textiles is determined by ICP- MS, and pre-treatmentmethod for samples is researched. The microwave digestion conditions including digestion system, proportion of acids and digestion procedure are optimized, and recovery test is also done. The results show that the detection limit of Germanium in textiles is 0.02 ug/g, and the recoveries of different concentration are 85% - 115%. The method is simple, rapid and reliable, and it is suitable for the determination of Germanium in textiles.
