抗菌阻燃整理对棉/竹浆交织物性能的影响 被引量:4

Effects of antibacterial and flame resistance finishing on the properties of cotton/bamboo pulp interwoven fabric

摘要 为了更好地研究棉/竹浆交织物的抗菌、阻燃性能,设计织造了棉/竹浆14.7 tex×14.7 tex,433×315根/10 cm,146.5 cm织物,对织物抗菌、阻燃整理前后的拉伸断裂强力、撕破强力、折皱回复角、透气率、透湿量、吸水率、抗弯刚度、悬垂系数、燃烧损毁长度、织物水洗尺寸变化率等指标进行了测试分析,并对整理后的抑菌率进行测试。结果表明:经抗菌、阻燃整理后,织物的拉伸性能、撕破性能、折皱回复性、透气性、透湿性、吸水性变差;织物的刚柔性、悬垂性、阻燃性、抗菌性、缩水性变好。 In order to better study the antibacterial and flame resistance properties of cotton/bamboo pulp interwoven tabric, cotton/ bamboo pulp interwoven fabric of 146.5cm, 14.7 tex×14.7 tex, 433 threads/10 cm×315 threads/10 cm is designed and woven. Fabric properties before and after antibacterial and flame resistance finishing like tensile strength at break, tearing strength, anti-bending stiffness,drapability coefficient, wrinkle recovery angle, air permeability, water vapor permeability, water absorption, dimensional stability to washing, vertical burn damaged length and bacterial inhibition rate etc. are tested. The results show that tensile strength at break, tearing strength, wrinkle recovery angle, air permeability, water vapor permeability, water absorption after antibacterial and flame resistance finishing are worse than those before finishing. Anti-bending stiffness, drapability coefficient, dimensional stability to washing, vertical burn damaged length, bacterial inhibition rate after antibacterial and flame resistance finishing are better than those before finishing. It is considered that antibacterial and flame resistance property of cotton/bamboo pulp interwoven fabric are better afler finishing.
