丁基橡胶/受阻酚AO-80/环氧树脂复合材料的制备及其阻尼性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 在丁基橡胶(IIR)阻尼材料中添加受阻酚小分子AO-80和环氧树脂618,得到IIR/AO-80二元复合材料和IIR/AO-80/618三元复合阻尼材料。采用动态热机械分析(DMA)及稳定性贮存实验对其阻尼性能和稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,IIR/AO-80二元复合材料阻尼性能有所提高,且tanδ随AO-80用量的增加而呈现先增大后减小的趋势,但其贮存稳定性差;在加入618作共溶剂后,所得IIR/AO-80/618三元复合阻尼材料阻尼性能显著提高,tanδ随618用量的增加而先增大后减小,且618的加入可以改善体系的相容稳定性。 The IIR/AO-80 binary composites and IIR/AO-80/618 ternary composite were prepared with 3,9- bis[1,1-dimethyl-2{ β-(3-tertbutyl-4-hydroxy-5-methyl phenyl) propionyloxy} ethyl]-2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro[5,5]- undecane (hindered phenol A080) and epoxy resin 618 added to isobutylene isoprene rubber (IIR). The damping properties and stabilities of the composites were analyzed by DMA and storage stability tests. The results show that the damping properties of the IIR/AO-80 binary composites are better, and their tan δ value increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of AO-B0 amount, however, their storage stability is too bad. The damping properties and stabilities of the IIR/AO-80/618 ternary composite are much better than that of both IIR composites and IIR/AO-80 binary composites. The tang value oflIR/AO-80/618 ternary composite increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of epoxy resin 618 amount. Furthermore, the stabilities oflIR/AO-80/618 ternary composite is stable because of adding epoxy rsin 618.
