摘要
采用多支链化合物改性苯酚(HBMP),通过曼尼希反应合成一种高韧性酚醛胺类环氧树脂固化剂。通过对其合成工艺、产物性能和固化性能的深入研究发现,该固化剂可大幅提高固化体系的韧性,获得了极佳的使用性能。
In this paper, the highly branched compound modified phenol (HBMP) was used to synthesis a modified phenolic aldehyde amine curing agent with high toughness by Mannich reaction. The in-depth study of its synthesis process, product performance and curing performance showed that the curing agent greatly improved the toughness of the curing system and had excellent using performance.
