神经电生理监测在脊髓脊柱手术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 随着社会的进步和发展,神经脊髓疾病患者对术后生活质量的要求日益提高,这对神经外科医生医疗水平提出了更高的要求。如何在术中及时发现并避免神经功能损伤成为目前神经外科医生关注的焦点。术中神经电生理监测(intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring,IONM)可监测神经通路完整性,避免损伤神经通路,也可用于神经脊髓精准功能定位。由于其高敏感性及特异性。
