微创经皮钢板接骨术结合锁定加压钢板固定对胫骨远端骨折患者术后Baird踝关节功能的影响 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨微创经皮钢板接骨术(MIPPO)结合锁定加压钢板固定(LCP)对胫骨远端骨折患者术后Baird踝关节功能的影响。方法选取2014年10月至2016年10月临颍县人民医院收治的54例胫骨远端骨折患者,随机分为对照组与研究组,各27例。对照组接受切开复位内固定术治疗,研究组接受MIPPO+LCP治疗。统计比较两组疗效、Baird踝关节功能恢复情况。结果研究组优良率88.88%(24/27)高于对照组62.96%(17/27),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组Baird踝关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MIPPO结合LCP可明显改善胫骨远端骨折患者术后Baird踝关节功能,提高疗效。
