摘要
目的:考察10个批次中日友好医院(以下简称"我院")医院制剂生发酊的质量。方法:参照《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版),采用薄层色谱法对生发酊中的补骨脂、闹羊花进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法检测生发酊中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量。结果:按《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版)方法检测,10个批次生发酊中补骨脂素和异补骨脂素的总含量为0.771 0~0.901 8 mg/ml,质量均合格。结论:我院制剂生发酊的质量符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2015年版)规定的质检标准。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the quality of 10 batches of Shengfa tincture in China-Japan Friendship Hospital （hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）. METHODS： According to Pharmacopoeia of the People＇s Republic of China（2015 Edition）, fructus psoraleae and naoyanghua in prescriptions were qualitatively identified by thin layer chromatography; and contents of psoralen and isopsoralen in Shengfa tincture weredetermined by HPLC. RESULTS： After testing via Pharmacopoeia of the People＇s Republic of China（2015 Edition）, quality of 10 batches of the Shengfa tincture were all qualified, totally 0. 771 0 mg/ml-0. 901 8 mg/ml. CONCLUSIONS： The quality of Shengfa tincture conforms to quality inspection standard specified by Pharmacopoeia of the People＇s Republic of China（2015 Edition）.
