国产硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压病的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Domestic Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets in Treatment of Primary Hypertension

目的:探讨国产硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压病的临床效果。方法:选择赣州市立医院2013年12月—2016年12月收治的原发性高血压病患者140例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组70例。观察组患者给予国产硝苯地平控释片治疗,对照组患者给予进口硝苯地平控释片,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为97.14%(68/70),对照组为95.71%(67/70),两组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压均较治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为8.57%(6/70),对照组为10.00%(7/70),两组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者的日平均费用和年平均费用明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:进口和国产硝苯地平控释片治疗原发性高血压病均能取得较满意疗效,且安全性高,但国产硝苯地平控释片价格更低廉,可减轻患者的经济负担。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical effects treatment of primary hypertension. METHODS： 140 patients of domestic Nifedipine controlled release tablets in with primary hypertension admitted into Ganzhou Municipal Hospital of Jiangxi from Dec. 2013 to Dec. 2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table, with 70 cases in each. The observation group was given domestic Nifedipine controlled release tablets, while the control group received imported Nifedipine controlled release tablets. Differences of treatment effects were compared between two groups. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group was 97.14% （68/70）, and control group was 95.71% （67/70）, the difference between two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05 ）. After treatment, the systolic and diastolic pressure of two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）, yet the difference was not statistically significant between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was 8.57% （6/70）, and control group was 10.00% （7/70）, the difference between two groups was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05 ）. The average daily cost and the average annual cost of observation group were lower than those of control group, with statistically significant domestic and imported Nifedipine controlled release tablets curative effects with high safety, yet domestic Nifedipine reduce the economic burden of patients. difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）.
