Application of individualized innovative teaching model in fish physiology experiment

摘要 为探索个性化创新性的实验课授课方式,激发学生学习的主动性、积极性和创造性,我们对鱼类生理学实验课程内容进行了改革。在验证经典理论的基础上,设计综合实验,锻炼学生归纳、综合运用知识的能力,设立探索性实验,充分调动学生的兴趣,在探索过程中锻炼学生设计实验、完成实验的能力。同时注重学生创新能力的培养,教师个人素质的提升,为学生营造合适的创新环境,以期培养更多在鱼类生理学方面优秀的创新型人才。 The contents of the experimental course of fish physiology were reformed to explore the way of in- dividualized and innovative teaching methods, which will stimulate studentsj initiative, enthusiasm and creativity. Based on validating the classical theory, designing comprehensive experiment, exercising studentsI ability of using knowledge comprehensively, we set up exploratory experiment, which can fully mobilize students" interest and train the ability of experiment design and finish in exploration process. At the same time, we attach importance to the cultivation of students" innovative ability and the improvement of teachers' personal qualities. In this process, we create a proper environment for the students, and to provide some help for the further cultivation of prominent in- novative talents.
