This paper introduced important measures to develop modern ing on transferring mode and adjusting structure,regarding safe and effective aquaculture in Dengzhou City,focus- supply of aquatic products as well as sterdy increase of fincomes of farmers and fishermen as central tasks, aiming to develop a city with powerful mod- em aquaculture and promote fishery suppiy side structural reforms through innovation and scientific advance.
