摘要
目的:应用高效液相色谱法测定癣平洗剂中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量。方法:应用高效液相色谱法对癣平洗剂样品中的苦参碱含量以及氧化苦参碱含量进行测定。结果:癣平洗剂中,氧化苦参碱的标准曲线方程为A=1936.25C-1137.89,r为0.9997;苦参碱为A=2158.24C-157.70,r为0.9998;两者的线性范围均为25μg/m L^800μg/m L;氧化苦参碱的平均回收率为100.22%,苦参碱的平均回收率为99.06%。结论:高效液相色谱法测定癣平洗剂中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量,具有结果准确、操作简单快捷的显著优势,可以广泛应用于癣平洗剂产品的质量控制。
Objective: the application of HPLC method for the determination of Xianping lotion in the content of matrine and oxymatrine. Methods: HPLC was used to determine the content of matrine lotion in the sample and Xianping Oxymatrine content. Results: Xianping lotion, the standard curve equation of oxidation of Sophora alkaloids A=1936.25C-1137.89 R, 0.9997; matrine is A=2158.24C-157.70, R is 0.9998; the linear range of both were 25 micrograms per milliliter -800 micrograms per milliliter; the average recovery rate of 100.22% oxymatrine And the average recoverY of matrine rate was 99.06%. conclusion: the determination of the content of matrine and Oxymatrine Xianping lotion by HPLC, with accurate results, significant advantages of simple and quick operation, can be widely used in the quality control of Xianping lotion product.
