百合固金汤治疗阴虚燥咳的临床疗效分析

Analysis of clinical efficacy of baihegujing Decoction in the treatment of dry cough of yin deficiency

目的:观察和评价分析百合固金汤合剂加减治疗阴虚燥热咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选择2014年2月~2016年8月来我院接受治疗的阴虚燥热咳嗽患者76例,随机分为对照组38例采用西药止咳化痰药治疗,治疗组38例采用百合固金汤加减治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:经过治疗,治疗组的治愈率、总有效率分别为76.32%、97.37%,对照组的治愈率、总有效率分别为39.47%、84.21%,治疗组数据明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百合固金汤合剂加减治疗阴虚燥热类型的咳嗽,临床效果满意,比单纯西药治疗效果更佳。

Objective： To observe and evaluate the clinical effect of baihegujing Decoction on treating yin deficiency and dryness heat cough. Methods： from February 2014 to August 2016 in our hospital treated 76 cases of patients with Yin deficiency cough, were randomly divided into control group 38 cases were treated by western medicine in the treatment of cough and phlegm, the treatment group of 38 patients with baihegujing decoction, observe the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results： After treatment, the patients in the treatment group the cure rate, total effective rate was 76.32%, 97.37% patients in the control group, the cure rate and total effective rate were 39.47%, 84.21%, the observation group data was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Baihegujing Decoction on treating yin deficiency and dryness heat type, satisfactory clinical effect, the treatment effect is better than pure western medicine.
