探析血必净注射液应用于脓毒症休克患者中对其乳酸清除率及SOFA评分的影响

目的:探析血必净注射液应用于脓毒症休克患者中对其乳酸清除率及SOFA评分的影响。方法:试验中选取我院在2014年6月~2016年12月诊治的30例脓毒症休克患者,将入选患者随机分成研究组与对照组,均为15例,其中对照组在治疗中应用常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上在给予血必净注射液进行治疗,观察分析患者的乳酸清除情况及SOFA评分变化情况等。结果:全部入选患者通过治疗后,将组间治疗后的乳酸清除率进行分析对比,研究组较对照组均明显增高(P<0.05),且分析比较患者的SOFA评分改善情况,研究组也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:脓毒症休克患者的治疗中应用血必净注射液,具有良好的临床效果。

Objective： To explore the impact of Xuebijing Injection on patients with septic shock in the clearance rate and SOFA score of the lactic acid.
