A method of evaluating diesel engine performance by using data mining technology

摘要 以船舶航速、主机转速、主机功率、主机油耗率作为数据基础,利用柴油机在不同转速下负荷和油耗率变化关系来描述柴油机性能.首先,根据航速、转速的数据特征,对船舶不同航行状态进行区分;然后,提出k值自适应的k均值聚类方法,对定速航行状态时的船舶航行数据进行聚类分析;最后,使用多项式拟合得到柴油机在不同转速时负荷和油耗率的变化关系.通过数据挖掘获得的柴油机性能描述,既可以作为柴油机性能评估的标准,又可为船舶智能能效技术的研究提供基础. The diesel engine performance was described by using the changes in relationship between load and fuel consumption rate of diesel engine in the case of different rotating speed based on the data of ship voyage speed,main engine rotating speed,power and fuel consumption rate. Firstly,different voyage statements were distinguished according to the data characteristic about voyage speed and engine rotating speed. Secondly,the k-value self-adaptation k-means clustering method was proposed to analyze the ship sailing data in the condition of constant speed sailing. Finally,polynomial fitting was used to get the relationship between load and fuel consumption rate of diesel engine in the case of different rotating speed. The performance description of diesel engine obtained by data mining can not only be used as a standard for performance evaluation of diesel engines,but also provide a basis for the research of intelligent energy efficiency technology of ships.
