摘要
本研究主要通过减少反应过程中的A滴加料和B滴加料中的用水量来提高其参与反应的浓度;由于滴加体系总量的减少,反应时间从原来的4h缩短到2.5h。此方法快速高效的合成了一种聚羧酸高性能减水剂,降低了反应所需的能耗。新合成的样品减水率高、保坍性好,与4h工艺合成出的聚羧酸高性能减水剂性能相近。
An increase in the concentration of A mixtures and B mixtures in reaction is realized by the decrease in the use of water.With the reduced total volume in drops,reaction time is shortened from the original 4h to 2.5h.A new kind of polycarboxylate high performance water-reducer was synthesized with the rapid and effective method,reducing the reaction energy consumption.Just like the polycarboxylate high performance water-reducer synthesized by the reaction of 4h,the synthesized sample has high waterreducing capability and fine slump-retaining ability.
