500万吨/年常减压常三线95%点质量控制分析与改进措施

摘要 针对500万吨/年常减压常三线95%点质量的合格率和平稳率不太理想的问题,进行了原因分析,并提出了改进措施;采用了Microsoft Office Visio 2003制图软件绘制了500万吨/年常减压常三线流程和550万吨/年常减压常三线流程,采用Origin Pro8绘图软件进行了单因素分析,并通过正交实验进行主要因素的确定。结果表明:以常三线抽出温度为主要参考因素,可以提高常三线95%点合格率和平稳率。 The article for 5 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit three wire point quality qualified rate 95% and steady rate is not very ideal,analyzed the reasons,and put forward the improvement measures;Using the Microsoft Office Visio drawing software rendering the 2003 5 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit three line process and 5 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit three line process,USES the Origin Pro8 drawing software has carried on the single factor analysis, and through the orthogonal experiments are main factors to determine.The results showed that extraction temperature three line as the main reference factors, can improve the three lines 95% qualified rate and stable rate.
