东风4型内燃机车柴油机凸轮轴啃伤故障的原因分析及防止措施

凸轮轴是柴油机重要部件,它经曲轴通过正时齿轮传动,由50Mn低淬合金调制钢制成,分四段连接而成,每段有进排气凸轮和供油凸轮各两个,分别控制相应气缸的进、排气和供油。各轴段的连接处,均具有定位凸肩或定位孔及法兰。凸轮轴采用全支撑式,柴油机在工作时,由于凸轮型面与滚轮为线接触,表面接触应力很高,所有要求凸轮要有合理的外形尺寸和抗磨强度。
