摘要 凸轮轴是柴油机重要部件,它经曲轴通过正时齿轮传动,由50Mn低淬合金调制钢制成,分四段连接而成,每段有进排气凸轮和供油凸轮各两个,分别控制相应气缸的进、排气和供油。各轴段的连接处,均具有定位凸肩或定位孔及法兰。凸轮轴采用全支撑式,柴油机在工作时,由于凸轮型面与滚轮为线接触,表面接触应力很高,所有要求凸轮要有合理的外形尺寸和抗磨强度。 The camshaft is an important part of diesel engine,it is through the crankshaft through the gear transmission,made of 50 Mn low alloy steel quenching modulation is divided into four sections,each section is connected to the inlet and exhaust cam and cam two,respectively control the corresponding cylinder intake and exhaust and fuel supply.The connection position of each shaft segment is provided with a positioning convex shoulder or a positioning hole and a flange.The camshaft is fully supported.When the diesel engine is working,the cam surface and the roller are in contact with each other,and the surface contact stress is very high.
