近年来,随着时代的发展以及城市化进程的进步,我国社会居民的生活水平日益提高。在这样的背景之下,为了进一步满足居民的居住需求,提升其居住环境的安全性,需要相关单位以及人员在实际的作业过程中加强对于房屋安全的鉴定。本文基于此,分析探讨了基于隶属度的房屋安全鉴定评级的基本原理,并就隶属度构建下的房屋安全鉴定评级程序设计进行分析。

In recent years,with the development of the times and the progress of urbanization, the living standard of the residents in our country is increasing day by day.In this context,in order to meet the housing needs of residents,improve the living environment of the safety,the relevant units and personnel to strengthen the need for identification of housing safety in actual operation.In this paper,based on the analysis of the basic principles of the degree of membership of the housing safety appraisal rating,and the membership of the building under the construction of the security rating program design analysis.
