应急信息的数据准确性测量框架研究

Research on Emergency Information Data Accuracy Measurement Framework

为了提高应急信息的数据质量测量效率,在测量工作前建立数据准确性测量框架是一项重要的基础工作。文章基于第二代数据质量管理系统,构建应急信息质量的测量框架,从测量方法的四要素,解释说明测量框架的内涵。研究成果有助于根据特定环境选择合适的信息质量测量手段,避免测量的盲目性,可为应急信息的数据质量的测量、评价及改进等后续工作提供基础。

In order to improve the efficiency of emergency information data quality measurement, establishing data accuracy measurement framework before measurement is an important basic work. Based on the second generation of data quality management system, this paper constructs the emergency information quality measurement framework, and illustrates the connotation of the measurement framework from four elements of the measuring method. Research results will help to choose the appropriate information quality according to the specific environment measurements, and avoid the blindness of measurement,which can provides the basis for measurement,evaluation,improvement and other follow-up work of emergency information data.
